Our History and Mission Statement

CCS Research Alliance was founded in 1992 to provide corporate and governmental clients with exceptional service and value in the areas of market research, assessment, change management, training and retraining. We manage complete projects, or work as a subcontractor to corporations or governmental bodies that are outsourcing just certain aspects of their larger projects.

A certified woman-owned business since 2003, also qualified as a small business under SBA guidelines, CCS is staffed with a highly skilled and experienced team of professionals, and thus is uniquely qualified to provide the highest level of service and support for clients, while helping to fulfill small business/minority vendor/set-aside mandates and initiatives. We staff every project with a customized team of professionals, all of whom bring specialized expertise and perspective to the project at hand.

CCS has a blue-chip list of clients, having successfully completed projects for corporations that include AOL, AT&T, CIGNA, Dyncorp, Northrop Grumman, Quaker Oats/Pepsico, and many other major corporations. CCS also has experience working on projects for the Department of State, the Defense Department, NCIS and USAID.
